Andrew James Associates provide CDM-Advice and Health, Safety & Environmental advice to the CLH and Oil and Pipeline Agency (OPA) for the maintenance of the Government Pipeline and Storage System, a strategic national asset which carries around 40 percent of Britain’s aviation fuel around the country. Working closely the OPA’s construction partners the role involves co-ordination of designers and project managers within the framework to ensure Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 requirements are met.

We provide detailed studies to the Project Team to ensure adequate Health, Safety, Environmental and Ecological information are issued before the schemes are started. Following the commencement of construction activities on site, inspections and audits are undertaken to review compliance with the statutory responsibilities and that the details of the construction phase plan are being met.
